Sensory Bins!

Plastic fish & nets.

Cars & blocks.

Oooooh! Spaghetti & Eyeballs!

Our Recent St. Patrick's Day Bin of necklaces,  large plastic coins, & foam shamrocks.

Pinecones & Leaves.

Bag of Animals & Ribbons.

You don't need some fancy educational table to make a sensory bin! A box, a large bowl, a large paper/gift bag, a storage bin will do! Use everyday items from your home. Mix it up! Have some for outside fun! On rainy days, create one for inside fun! Use a random selection of your child's toys. Cornmeal or oatmeal makes a fine material for construction jobs! Set up a bubble station. Dress up items!  Kitchen items! A car wash! We have used pinecones & leaves! A word of caution: Just watch the sizes & materials with this age group. Some children put things in their mouths more than others!
